Vegan Big Mac Bowls

Make the sauce. Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and then whisk until fully combined. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Make the ground burger. Heat the olive oil on medium-high in a large non-stick skillet. Add the vegan beef to the skillet, and break it into chunks with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle with the seasonings and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly in the seasonings.
Saute, reducing heat as needed, until the beef has browned, about 4-6 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
You can cook the fries while the beef cooks.
Once everything is done, build your bowl. This will make about 4 bowls, so divide the greens into four bowls, then divide the burger and top the greens with it, then divide the fries and add them, then the pickles, and the shredded cheese.
Drizzle the bowls with the Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
