Vegan Curry Seitan Chicken Salad

1 Add the chopped seitan, cashews, raisins, chopped celery and chopped green onions to a medium sized mixing bowl.
2 Now add in the vegan mayo, agave and seasonings. Stir to coat everything completely and make sure everything is fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning.
3 Serve immediately, or place in fridge until ready to serve(it actually may taste even better the next day).
